MATERIAL REPORTS: FORMAT DEFINITION

The following valiables can be used in report definitions:

• NDOC Is the Document Number as entered in the window from where the report is generated.
• NREV Is the Revision Number as entered in the window from where the report is generated.
• PRJ_NAME Is the project name es defined in the proyect setup.
• &des_lang Evaluate to the description field corresponding the the current project report language. Examples: DES_E for English, DES_S for Spanish, DES_P for Portuguese, etc.
• n_page Is the page number associated to a Group change: every time the header is copied in the same report file, this variable is incremented by 1. Use as STR(n_page,3).
• n Is the totalization number: defined in Requisition Reports only. Use as STR(n,2).

All Numeric Fields must be transformed to Character type with: STR(field_name, number_characters). When in doubt you can check the field type opening the DBF table with the Modify Structure DBF option in the UTILITIES menu. Avoid making any change in system and project tables alike.
