Documentation of changes with respect V2015.0

Listed below are the most important changes of this version with respect to the former 2015.0 one. Current version is compatible with AutoCADŽ from version 2004 up to 2016.
Current version is also compatible with ZWCAD+ 2012, ZWCAD+ 2014 SP1, ZWCAD+ 2015 SP2.1 and with BricsCAD V16.

GENERAL UTILITIES

• EPLANT Web License Manager V3.1 EPLANT Web License schema has been changed with respect to the previous one.
  This manager must be used to Register and Activate a Web License in the User Machine using a Web License Serial Number file. This operation can be repeated anytime to move the license to another machine without the need to return the license first.
  The License Manager can also be used to check the License Status.
  Internet connection is required for License Registration and Activation, Checking and using EPLANT-Piping with a Web License.
  A free Web License for testing with a duration of one month can be requested.
  Production Licenses has a duration of one year and are paid Licenses.
  Educational Licenses are available for a discout fee. Ask your EPLANT Distributor for details.

GRAPHIC MODULE

It contains the following changes with respect to the 2015.0 version:

• New Web License Schema Look above for details and in the documentation after intalling this version. This licenses are compatible with any CAD version supported by EPLANT-Piping.
• BricsCAD V16. This EPLANT-Piping version is compatible with the current BricsCAD V16 version.
• Sentinel Hardlocks. Sentinel Hardlocks are no longer supported. Local HARDkey hardlocks is the only hardlock type currently supported.
• 3D Insulation New command to generate a 3D representation of piping component Insulation. The shape of the insulation can be either the same of the piping component or different, according the component parametric definition. From the command line type: (pd_cmd "INSUL_3D").
  Available also from the Menu Bar: PD_UTI / Generic / Create 3D Insulation or from the Generic 3D Tool Bar menu.
• Export to Navisworks Extended to 3D insulation elements.
• Export to Solids Extended to existing components and 3D insulation elements.
• Pipe to Pipe Pipes can accept new connection points outside the central axis to allow connecting off axis branch pipes.
• Lineweight Lineweight settings are available now for all isometric and 2D plans layers.
• Iso MTO Tags Implicit grouping is extended to a maximum of five tags per component. In case of individual tag placement, for each component only different implicit tags are placed, avoiding repetitions.
• COD.DBF and PDL.DBF changes The DIA_N column has been moved from PDL.DBF to COD.DBF to allow using the same paramentric definition for both reduction and non reduction components having the same shape.
• Void Piping Class Table In case the Project does not define any piping class, it prevents defining new piping lines.
• Layer Purge Several commands have been revised to avoid purging layers not generated by the commands themselves.
• Respecification In case a piping component having a Tag is rebuilt, the previous Tag is saved and proposed as default value for the rebuilt component.
• PDL Language Two new commands are available to rotate the last element drawn around the local X and Y axis, in addition to the rotation around the local Z axis: ROTATE_X and ROTATE_Y.
• Error Corrections
  - Placing Components Correct piping class checking when connecting a new component with an existing one.
  - Joint Codes Generation Correction to avoid osnap interference.
  - Text Style Better information when there is an inconsistency between the text style defined by EPLANT and those defined by the CAD itself.
  - 2D projections Several minor corrections.
  - Pipe to Pipe There was a false warning involving the piping class, although the pipe was placed without any error. This has been fixed in V2015.1.

DATA BASE MODULE

It contains the following changes with respect to the 2015.0 version:

• System Setup. License Types are now only two: Local HARDkey and Web License.
• Update Warning. When opening a Project, if the data base is not up to date there is a warning. This has been added in V2015.1.
